NEW YORK - Hall & Oates will be
the subject of the February 15 edition (2003) of Billboard magazine. The
trade publication will feature articles and advertising dedicated to the
multiple-Grammy-winning duo (*** that's wrong - they never won a Grammy, only 3 times 1982-1983 the
American Music Awards - Juergen ***). Fans of the group can purchase advertising space in
Billboard to show their support and appreciation for Hall & Oates.

The Bee Gees, Lionel Richie, and Michael Jackson have all been subjects of Billboard
magazine special editions.
The timing of the Billboard issue coincides with the February 11 release of the group's
new album, Do It For Love. The upcoming set is the first collection of all-new material
from the duo in the new millennium, and it features the band collaborating with rocker
Todd Rundgren.
John Oates said how Rundgren came aboard the new
project. "We did a tour with Todd this summer. And after we did it, and we were
recording the new Hall & Oates album, there was one particular song we were doing -
we're doing a Gregg Alexander song, a New Radicals song called 'Someday We'll Know' - and
we thought, 'Wow, it will be cool to get Todd on this to play guitar and sing.' So as it
turned out, it's myself, Daryl, and Todd all singing and playing on this one track, and
it's a great track and it's probably gonna be a single down the road for us."
